Hello everyone! I'm Jenny. I'm 29 going on 25 (lol) and started her
hoping to get some help.
I've been to so many sites and can't seem to find a diet that's worke
in the past. Now I really want to get the weight off and surprise m
friends when I go to see them at the end of the year.
I've heard of this, along with other sites, like heathlywage, an
decided to see if I could find some help.
So...anyone

Hi Jenny,
After reading your post a few things stood out for me.  I noticed tha
you said that you can't find a diet that works for you.  That i
sooooooo important, BUT let me let you in on a little secret.  Almos
any diet will work for you if you can answer a LOUD YES to these tw
questions.
1) Are you wanting to lose weight FOR YOU? Have you reached the poin
where you have had it?  You can't lose weight for others or becaus
others want you to.
2) Do you 100% believe that what ever diet you are considering is goin
to work? There is no room for doubt......you must be 100% it will work.

I am a certified hypnotist and hypnotherapist and I can assure you tha
your success an/or failure depends A LOT on your mindset.  You
subconscious controls about 85% of our waking moments. You need t
convince your subconscious that you are fully committed to this weigh
loss process.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Be Well !!!

Hi jenny

This is the way to get the weight off and surprise your friends when yo
go to see them at the end of the year! Get Phase 2 Starch Neutralise
which acts as a ' magic pill' that allows you to carry on eating all th
foods you love. It literally 'neutralises' starch calories. Plus do no
listen to all the doom and gloom stories any more. Forget newspapers an
news letters that tire you on how carbohydrates make you fat. Instae
know that there is a way you can gorge your self on pasta, bread, an
potatoes nad still lose weight!

It is all down to one suppliment called Phase 2 starch neutraliser-
weight worriors dream come true.

Based on phaseolamin, a partial-protein substance extracted  from whit
kidney beans, it works by reducing the absorption of fattenin
carbohydrates. Many dieters find these hard to give up or cu down o
when they,re trying to lose wieght, especially because they are s
filling.

Phaseolamin only blocks the amount of calories supplied by the starch
It does not affect the absorption of other nutrients contained withi
high-carbohydrate foods, such as vitamins, minerals and tarce elements
This means none of the good staff is lost.

What's more without starch calories to burn, the body uses up energ
from stoed food reserves instead. This means you not only prevent wiegh
gain- you lose weight , too!

It is important to mention at this point, that this suppliment shoul
not be viewd as a lincence to go ahead and over eat or fill up o
unlimited amounts of carbohydrates. As someone who cares about thei
health, you'll know that aproper balalnce of nutrients is essential no
just in terms of controlling your weight, but also  for the sake of you
health.

The magic is that you can still follow your usual diet and eat what yo
would do normally, in addition to maintaining your daily routin
activities.

And, Jenny, if you believe that it was already been done it will b
done! And that's it!
