I am like you, curious about this product that Anna Nicole Smith is
using.
I wanted to know if exercise is required and how much.
I wanted to know how it was working for other users, etc.

I just did a search on the entire interenet with hardly any TrimSpa
user activity.
I would stay away from TrimSpa for sure.
You would think that if it was really worth using there would be more
people using it.
In newsgroups there is hardly anyone that has said they use it.
If it was as good as the company says it is, by now it would be all
over the internet with testimonaials and people talking about how
great it works.
But there is hardly anything.

Stay away!

I am simply SHOCKED that you don't have a webTV adddress.

Terry, Hon, the only way you are like me is that you are somewhere in Texas.
I never for a millisecond thought about even researching TrimSpa and I
research a lot of wacky stuff just for fun.  Eat less, eat lots of veggies
and exercise more is all I need.  I stay away from snake oil in every guise.

Hoho...why anybody would take advice from ANNA NICOLE SMITH (!) in the first
place is beyond my comprehension.

Anna Nicole Smith appeared recently on Larry King's show. She was a
total moron and doesn't have any desire to eat, wants to gain weight
and certainly is a discredit to Trimspa (whatever that is ). I wrote to
the company about it and got a standard rubber stamped response :"Thank
you for your interest in Trimspa."

I agree Anna is dingy, but she did look good in a recent picture I saw of
her on TV.  I wouldn't take whatever it is she took unless the FDA gave it a
thumbs up.  Even then I like losing weight by eating and exercise.
