Thanks, alien :-). It's pretty much because it is "routine" that it
isn't really hard to keep up, actually. I don't really feel like it
takes all that much dedication; it's just what I do.

It is plainly amazing how little you eat Chris. Are you hungry all the
time? Are you at a point where there is no such thing as tasteless food?

Looks like everything on Chris' list has wonderful and varied flavor to me!
I love reading all the different things she has every day.

I don't think I eat that little. Calorie needs are different for
older women than for men your age. 1200 calories (which I ate the day
referred to here) is a bit low for me, but I had a cold and wasn't
hungry for more. And given that I was in a pre-meet week I was being
cautious about inadvertant water weight gain.
I am never hungry. (Well, I mean, I get hungry when it's time to eat,
and then I have something to eat. I never allow myself to remain
hungry.) I do not believe in going hungry; that's not an acceptable
long-term WOE. I think you, on the contrary, are experimenting with
going hungry.
I don't know what you mean about the comment regarding tasteless food.
Are you suggesting that what I ate the day you referred to would be
tasteless to you? It isn't to me. I only eat food I like. That day
I ate my poached egg/toast/cheese thing (one of my favorite "comfort
food" dishes), a tasty salad w/ fresh veggies and grilled chicken,
some other fruits, an energy bar (which I really like), grilled fish
(I love fish), and asparagus (my favorite veggie). All of this is
tasty to me. Whether or not you'd like it isn't relevant. I don't
know that I'd like what you eat either. (I don't remember what you've
said about the sort of foods you eat.)
