I found these at WalMart last week:
http://www.melissas.com/catalog/index.cfm?info=yes&product_ID=74.  They are
37 calories each and have 6 grams of carbs and very little fat so they are
good for low cal, low carb or low fat diets.  I had one this morning with a
little lean ham and low fat cheese and it was a nice change of pace for
breakfast.

I have the same breakfast every morning, mostly because I like it. it's
a kind of starcg free crepe.

1 egg well beaten
1 pat butter
2 oz. pressed cottage cheese

Heat skillet, beat egg ubtil kemon cokored. Pour in pan and swirl
gently. Cook over medium low heat until top is only slightly moist. Add
2  cheese and wrap pancake around it sides overlapping and finish
browning. Serve with regular, or low cal syrup, strawberries or honey
topping.
