At my largest, I was wearing size-24 jeans. Now I'm in size eights! It's been more than 20 years (I'll be 37 in May) since I've been able to do this, so I'm inordinately excited. You have every right to be excited!!! Makes me think there is hope for me - I just yesterday was able to wear MY size 24s (down from a max of size 28). Smallest I ever was I wore a size 10. Take plenty of pictures of yourself, and also dig out the most disgusting picture from the fat times, and stick it to your fridge, as a reminder to not fall off the diet. I know that if I ever went back to my old ways of eating, I'd go right back to gaining weight, so I don't even consider that an option. Fortunately, my husband and I adopted the same WOE (low-glycemic, unprocessed, no trans fats), so we keep our "food environment" conducive to that WOE. That is an amazing achievement. What I want to ask (mainly because my start weight is roughly the same and I hope to also get to your present wieght) is about skin. Did you find that your belly skin shrunk down? I don't expect that it's shrunk back to flat but do you find it really flabby and lots of loose skin? > First off, CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!! I've been finding that my belly skin kind of goes back and forth between loose skin and firming up again. Right now it's in one of its slightly loose phases, so I'm hoping it firms again.
