Is there an online dictionary of words used by fitness people and
dieters?

I keep hearing words like abs, buns, carbs, and many more.  These
words are not in the regular dictionaries.  It seems that people into
these health things have a language of their own, that the rest of us
dont understand.  To remedy this, I am looking for an online
dictionary that lists all these new words and explains their meanings.
