An excellent "refeed" dinner last night :-).
Food:
9:15 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese
11:45 (McDonalds): grilled chicken w/ lettuce in flatbread roll-up w/
lowfat balsamic vinaigrette {The flatbread thing was big and I only
ate about half of it. I ate all the chicken from it, though.}
2:15 (at the gym -- given to me by one of the trainers): 1/3 oz.
dry-roasted peanuts
3:30 (while shopping -- brought from home): apple
5:45 (also while shopping -- bought at the gym): energy bar
7:45 (French restaurant -- four courses, all served with different
ports): 2 small bread slices w/ whipped butter; risotto w/ calamari
{only ate a few bites of the risotto, as I didn't really care for it
-- ate all the calamari -- about 2 oz.}, 3 oz. foie gras w/ hazelnut
sauce; 3 oz. duck breast w/ raspberry sauce; 1 oz. polenta; 1 oz.
asparagus; baked apple with a few raisins and almonds in a honey glaze
and with a sort of puff pastry latticework cage over it {ate around
1/3 of this}; 10 oz. port

1/2 hour boxing lesson -- learned to add a right hook to the (job,
cross, left hook combo), also worked on an evasive move called a
slide, where you dodge to one side to evade a punch while throwing a
jab to the opponent's exposed side {My instructor doesn't actually
punch at me, btw}. Also did some rope jumping.
