Can someone help me figure out the calories in chicken drumsticks?

say 450grams of chicken drumsticks (with bone) and no skin.. how many
calories would they have in total?  Just cooked in the oven, no oil,etc...

Obviously I dont eat the bone :)

Thank you.

Hi

Accoring to...

http://www.nutritiondata.com/index.html

1 small chicken drumstick boiled with the skin removed is 60 calories.

I hope this helps.

Regards

Jim

I hadn't heard of "Diet Sleuth", so I checked out their website.
They have a version for Windows as well, so I'm going to try it out.
I really like "Diet Power", but it can be a bit cumbersome to use...
