I'm in a great mood this morning -- with the exception of a brief
foray into the world of Hershey on Sunday night, I've really been
sticking to my diet/exercise in March and am down to 243. I'm sure
this sounds like a lot to some of you, but for me, this is the least
I've weighed in over 10 years! (If you look at the stats in my sig,
please bear in mind that I weighed in at 275 last Fall.)

My son has *never* seen me this slim and active. I went on a field
trip with his class yesterday and easily walked the nature trails.

He says he's proud of me. I've got happy feet... :-)

Congratulations JJ.  Soon your son and his classmates will have a tough
time keeping up with you on the trails.

Way to go J.J.,

I love Washington State and am jealous of you.  I'm proud of you losing
the weight you have so far and wish you continued success in reaching your
goal and sticking to your diet.

WTG JJ.  Keep up the good work.  Having your son be proud definitely helps
the motivation and makes the success that much nicer.
