Hi folks! I am back!! hehe
Wow, I missed this place..
I got offline for a few months and am looking forward to posting and
reading again, I updated my fitday.com last night
I think the last time I was here was before the holidays and I was at a
60 lb loss then and still hanging around 200 lbs now. soooooo...... I
need to get on the stick again and get more serious about my WOL. I have
not gained thankfully while I was gone and I am still keeping my WOE
under control and healthy. I just need to reorganized with support of
a.s.d and fitday.com - I hope everyone is doing well and hanging in
there. :)

Welcome back. Congrats on the original 60 and maintaining these last few

Thanks Paul I'm really glad to see you are still here and going strong
as well!!
I am going to have to really get my mindset back to where I was when I
fell offline and I know its going to be a struggle. Fortunately I have a
goal - Mark and I are getting married July 24th!! So If I plan on
looking good for my wedding I have to get busy and reorganize again :)
