I'm curious to know if taking herbal supplements really does help you
live a longer life and help to avoid health problems as you age?

It is surprising to hear such a question from an owner of a website
called http://herbalremedies.blogspot.com/ .

There are no large clinical studies proving this.

proving what? Tammy did not ask any specific question for which there
could be a clinical study. It was a b/s post to plug her website
advertising some herbal remedy.

Go figure.  You recognized her post as a "b/s post to plug her website" but
you reposted her URL 3 times.  Then Patricia reposted it again with her
top-posting, for a total of 5 times.  And she did it without spamming or
breaking a single rule of netiquette.

Round #1 goes to Tammy.
