Hello, can you help me?
I need to know if there is a method/formula to calculate the quantity of
kilocalories to be deducted from the daily requirements to decrease a
certain body weight.
For example: a man, height 175 cm, weight 85 kg "normal constitution", daily
requirements 2000 kilocalories x day.
How many kilocalories he must deduct and how many days it takes to reach a
body weight of 75 kg (he must lose 10 kg).
Probably if a formula exists it could require more initial data.
Does it exist?
If it exists, is there anyone who can suggest it to me?
Thank you in advance to all of you who can help me and greeting to all the

One kilogram of weight lost requires a calorie deficit of 7800 kcal.
This is true for more or less anyone.
How many kcal per day your body spends on everything -- breathing,
maintaining temperature, etc, varies depending on the
individual. Generally speaking, men lose weight is they eat 22 kcal
per kilogram of weight.
So, the formula is
Weight loss(kg) = (kilocalories spent - kilocalories eaten)/7800

Forget the math. Start a program where you work up to exercising
at least 30 minutes a day. In the meantime, keep a food diary.
In about a month, look at how many things you eat that are high
in fat such as lots of cheese or they are deep-fried like potato
chips. Then for the next month start replacing the fatty foods
with high fiber foods like fruit.

tipo patate fritte. Poi il mese successivo sostituisci il cibo
contenente grassi con cibo contenente molte fibre come la frutta.

I like that. Recently started using FitDay PC version and exercising
everyday for 30 minutes. I am monitoring food, weight and exercise using
FitDay, before this I used to write it down. I will keep you guys posted on
updates.

Rispondo a chi mi ha risposto in italiano dimentica la matematica. Volevo
saluto ed un abbraccio a tutta la news and sorry for my English. Bye Bye.

I guess the online translation software isn't exactly perfected, yet:
'I answer to who has answered in Italian forgets the mathematics to me. I
wanted
_ innanziutto ringraziare for the answer even if not relating to the
my question. And I want to add that I accept however the council except that
one
"to forget the mathematics" also that one has its importance a lot
that the lacked acquaintance the mathematics is "weighing" on the
pockets of the Italians. Finally I have postato this question from the
moment that I am
elaborating a software home for personalized diets to distribute
gratis and some time in the field of the computer science task is just
need of the mathematics. One
salute and I embrace to all news and sorry for my the English. Bye Bye.'
