First of all, ending a sentence in a preposition is bad grammar.  Second, there is something called a question mark which should be used after a question.  It looks like this:  ?.  Third, a comma might have been useful been useful after the word 'Obligation' in the second sentence. Finally, why did you capitalize 'Obligation'?
