help what can i do to get back on track.,
im going through a bad stage, i always think about food and over eat at my
main meal :(
iv been doing good untill this bad week. i only been having one to many
deserts or snacks. but it needs to stope

what can i do to get back to how i was.
the weather is CRAP snowing/freeeezing/ raining mega winds/
im feeling realllly tired and no energy as i working loads at mo, the tv is
crap,  so i get bored and eat!
has any only any good websites to visit to keep me entertained as the net is
boring now and nowt to do, iv looked at every slimming site i need stuff to
do indoors

you are the person who drinks slimfast every day, right?

Anyway, can you say how tall you are, what's your weight, how old you
are, just what is it that you eat, how many calories per day etc.

It could be, for example, that you are already a slim person, in which
case dieting is going to be very difficult regardless.

Or it could be that you are hungry because, well, you are starving
yourself.

Or it could be because you eat crap and are not getting nutrients.

Or it could be that your blood glucose swings when you  overeat carbs,
making you very hungry a few hours later. A million possibilities.

How about finally doing a proper introduction of yourself? Taking time
to write a more comprehensive post?

are you working or staying home?

im 5.4 12.11 stone was 13/half a month ago
my bm is 31 yes im obese , but i dont look it, im not fat fat, just podgy

yes i did slimfast, the noveltys worn off now, think my body is used to it,
plus got no cash for it, or food to that point

caloried eaten at mo is about 1500 ish
i did eat 1200 ish and lost weight to start with quickly now its stopped

So, you lost 1.39 stone, or 8.77 kilograms, or 19 lbs, in ONE month.

Great job. That's a huge rate of weight loss. No wonder you feel very
hungry and think about food all the time, at such a rate. Please tell
me if my calculations are wrong.

find a TV station that runs exercise programs and do that.

I agree with Iggy,

You need to do things that take up time so your mind isn't thinking about
food.  You need to eat 5 small meals per day and cut out eating the bad
foods.  You know the difference between good and bad foods and know one is
going to be able to set there and tell you don't eat that and eat that.
First thing first, you have to get real with yourself and decide if you
really want to lose weight.  You need to ask yourself why you want to lose
weight?  Do you want to better your health, looks, or what?

Stop eating bad foods.  Eat fruit, vegetables, grilled not fried foods.  Go
see a registered dietician, it really helped me realize I was overeating and
I already knew I was eating the wrong foods.  Get rid of the foods that are
high in carbs and fat.

There are so many things you can do right now to lose weight, you just have
to get committed and do it.  EXERCISE!  You have to exercise....It speeds up
your metabolism and weight-loss.  Go to a gym if you can't workout at home.
Go to a mall and walk, a lot of folks do this for exercise.

You can do this, I know you can, so go and do it.
