I have finally found a drug coctail that is working with my sinus issue. Clariton for the antihistimine. SinoFresh (www.sinofresh.com) to clean the sinuses out. Afrin to keep the sinuses clear. Aleve for the sinus headache 2 days of breathing clear. Although my ears are still a bit clogged and you can hear it in my voice, I can BREATH again, and I can sleep again, and that leads to feeling better, and not feeling like death warmed over. Glad you found something that is working for you. I've tried all you list except the SinoFresh. I checked out their website and it doesn't seem to be available in my area :( I'm always looking for something that will help with my sinus problems. Its got a minty type scent to it, so when it does go up in the sinuses, and drains down the throat, it doesn't make you gag like other stuff does. Its new and made "local" for me. I found a drug store in Kentucky that stocks it according to their website. I also sent an email inquiring whether they planned to sell it in Ohio. It looked as if a lot of the CVS stores stocked it. I feel terrible this morning but I don't think it's related to sinus problems. My stomach hurts, I have diarrhea and ache all over. I fixed oatmeal for breakfast and took a couple of bites but couldn't finish it. I had a lot of errands I wanted to run this morning but all I feel like doing is going back to bed. It's been going around the office. One of my co-workers and my boss were out with the same thing this week. I spent the entire day in bed and feel better this morning. Warm water, saline and squeeze bottle. It's important to remove the medium for baterial growth. I am glad you are feeling better! I got you beat for # of medicines being used... This is what I am taking: Z-pac for sinus infection Cortisone shot yesterday Allegra for antihistimine Guaifenesin to help me cough up this junk Afrin so I can breath Advil for headache Albuterol to help with wheezing and breathing Advair to help with wheezing and breathing I am still feeling pretty crappy, but have just been on meds since yesterday. At this point, I don't feel much of anything! I just wish I never smoked. I smoked for nearly 17 years before I quit in October last year. I wonder how long it will take to get my lungs to a healthier state. Every time I get sick like this, I get asthmatic. I didn't exercise tonight at all, just no energy... Will try tomorrow. > UGH!
