Yesterday I ate:
3 apples
1 can of mushroom soup
3 oranges
some rice and shrimp, diet tv dinner
10 saltine crackers

How many calories can I eat a day and
lose 2 lbs per week? With no exercise yet.

You may find yourself impossibly hungry after a couple of weeks of
such a diet.

depends on your sex and weight. 8-10x bodyweight for females and
10-12x bodyweight for males seems to work.

www.fitday.com is used by many in the group to log their daily food intake.
It will also give you a breakdown of the carbs/protein/fat in your diet.
It's free but you do need to register.

10 x current weight is recommended by many as the daily calorie allowance
for losing weight.

Do you have any plans for adding exercise?  It's an excellent way to insure
you won't lose too much muscle in the weight loss stage.  You want to hang
onto as much muscle as possible.
