I got a body fat % scale yesterday.
So I have some additional info on my starting point
42% Body Fat
54 inch waist
plus what I posted earlier this week
> My starting weight is 305.5 lbs.
> I am 36 years old.
> I am 5' 7".
> I currently wear 50x30 pants and a XXXL shirts.
I have been eating more often with less intake,
keeping in the guidelines set forth by my eDiets Manager.
I have been trying to drink at least 60 ounces of water a day.
And I am starting to feel better already.
Pink cloud ? Is that what it is called?.
I have started to take the long way around the office
to get more movement in.
I will most likely be joining the local fitness center
this weekend. The hours fit right into my schedule.
And the price is right.
I do have a question about another thread.
I notice they were talking about Wellbutrin.
I take that, but not for weight loss. Is there
anything I should know about it? I take 150mg
twice a day.
Thanks again for all your input and support
L8r,
Chuck :-)

P.S. How exactly does the signature work here?? starting weight/lost
weight/goal weight is what I think
but, I would like to know if I am right. Thanks again.....

I found that Wellbutrin, 100 mg twice a day, four hours apart, helped me
keep my weight or lose a little.
If you do want to take something, I highly suggest Meridia. That has been
the most successful for me. It is expensive, however. But since being 182
last year, I am now 153, after being on that and Wellbutrin, on and off (NOT
TOGETHER!!).

starting weight / current weight / goal weight or mini-goal weight
Many in the group do mini-goals instead of their final goal....

Hi Chuck,
Wellbutrin has a side effect of weight loss. However, I do think that
thread was mainly spam. I take 75 mg of wellbutrin 1x a day in the morning.
I started taking it to help me quit smoking. I don't know if it is one of
the contributors to my weight loss or not. I take a very small dose of it
(1/2 the prescribed dose)
Start weight/current weight/goal weight
284/210/???
Good luck and keep it up!!!
