Great to hear it's working out for them.
I still can't get my one granddaughter interested in weight loss. She's
coming over to the house tonight. She and I are going to work on a school
project - decorating some type of mask. She said her dad had no talent in
this area and could I help her<g>

Beverly, I am using both Fitday and my old Diet Sleuth.
Fitday takes exactly three times as long to enter a selection but has a
nicer interface and is great if you want to take a mental magnifying
glass to every aspect of a diet.
Not spontaneous but excellent for awareness of where calories come and
go when exercise is used and intake of food monitored.
I'll ask my nine year old to post a message for your granddaughter on
her impressions after one week on the diet.
Today my daughter said the girls were having pizza for lunch. instead
of being a cop, i suggested they opt for thin crust and no double
cheese and enter it in their journals.

I love "Fitday" I purchased three tracking programmes and that's the one
that worked the best and is the most versatile of the three. I like
"Dietbalancer" but it has a limited database and I have to add things
constantly. FD has so many listings that my custom db is pretty minimal.
My nutritionist loves the reports function since she can look at my past
week and then check on days if she sees an average that is too high.
