Fruits are carbs and 186 should be a good weight for your height. Why not
concentrate on bulking up instead of getting leaner?

whats going on? - 25 Mar 2004 22:21 GMT
I myself completed the low carb diet and lots almost 100lbs. My question to
you though is why at your size and weight are you on it? Do you have a
family history of diabetes? It just seems a little odd that someone of your
weight and size would be on it. If you want to build lean muscle mass, try
taking CLA, I took it in conjunction with my diet and found that it worked
awesome for building muscle (which helps burn calories!). If you do that
though you'll probably want to start adding some "good carbs" back to your
diet.

Hi - you're in great shape. 12% body fat is excellent - even elite
athletes' only get down to 5%. To increase lean mass, you could try
"negative resistance" - it's risky but it is one way to larger
muscles. Also a good idea - lift weights with a buddy - you'll egg
each other on to lift more. Finally, make sure you get enough sleep.
During deep sleep human growth hormone (that grows muscles) is
released.
