Are you absolutely SURE Ahmed and Tom aren't making up "exercises" just
so they can laugh behind your back?

Actually, I have accused the trainers of having meetings to come up with
exercises that they invent for that very reason.  They all deny it.  We also
do monkey jumps, which, if you don't own a highly supportive sports bra, is
another type of embarrassment in itself (jump holding the bar, spread your
feet into a wide stance while lifting the bar up the chest level, lower the
bar back to hips while moving your feet back to the start position).  It
suppposedly builds speed and strength.  I can't get past the sight of my
boobs bouncing.  Chris has a very funny story about Ahmed's offer to spot
her on this exercise.  Oh yes, they also would never laugh behind our
backs...they stand right in front of us and laugh and point. Ya gotta love
'em.

Elise.

LOL...   At least you guys all have a good sense of humor about it.

I'll say - I'm laughing at just reading these descriptions.
Although, in my case (or lack of), a sports bra still wouldn't
benecessary.

Oh, good. But they better be careful: you guys have serious weights and
you know how to use them!

Yeah, monkey jumps are definitely the worst! :-)

The story about Ahmed just doesn't work without the two-handed gesture
:-).
