Newsflash
Fitday have discovered that people who are extremely frutrated lose
weight faster than people who are not.
So they designed their program to help us lose weight.

Here are the search results for Roast Beef

Beef Roast Hash
Roast Beef Spread
Roast Beef Sandwich
Beef Roast Canned
Roast Beef Sandwich with Gravy
Roast Beef Sandwich with Cheese
HORMEL Roast Beef Hash
Beef Roast, Roasted lean only eaten ********

Let's try Roast Chicken

Chicken Roasting Giblets Raw.
Whaaat? Does anyone really eat raw chicken giblets? They don't need
Fitday - the Salmonella alone should be good for a 10lb loss.

Chicken Roasting Meat only Raw
Chicken Roasting Meat & Skin Raw
LOUIS RICH Chicken white meat oven roasted
Chicken Roll roasted dark meat
Chicken Roll roasted light meat
Chicken Roasting Giblets cooked simmered
Chicken Roasting dark meat raw
Chicken roasting meat only cooked roasted **********

Would it really be so illogical to make the first result of a search for
roast beef to be roast beef, or the first result for roast chicken to be
roast chicken?

Just wondering out loud

Assuming this was a serious, earnest comment, here's a serious, earnest
reply:

From the main "food" page, "add a food," highlight "poultry" (in the case of
chicken example) and click "go."

Now click "chicken" and scroll to your "part" (back, light/dark, breast,
etc.)

Beef works the same way, but the list is shorter. Start by highlighting
"meat" and proceed.

This is one of the things tha frustrates me about fitday. Instead of listing
all the crappy, packaged stuff first, why not list the simple raw
ingredients first adn then start with the mass-produced packaged stuff.
