Hello everyone, my name is Franchesca and I have been overweight for most of
my life.  I have just started Dr. Phil's Ultimate Weight Solution book, and
things are already starting to change.  I weighed in this morning at 274lbs.
I am 5'4".  My highest weight was in October when I weighed 315.  I have
decided to start working out at least 3 days a week, along with walking 1-2
miles at least 3 days a week.  I am so excited about changing my life.  I'm
not even going to ask you to wish me luck...because I know that I can and
will do this.  My goal weight is 150lbs.

Thanks
Franchesca

Welcome to the group!  It seems many in the group are using the Dr. Phil
book.  I look forward to your posts.

Welcome to Tara and Franchesca.  May I suggest that you spend some time
reading Mistress Krista's site?  It's at

Good luck, and check in often!

(Oh, and go have a drink of water right this minute!)
