My obesity battle has been lifelong. I lost many battles but am winning
the war.  My weight that is healthy and has remained quite stable
approaching five years. But I also battle aging and think I want to be
remembered with humor as well as dignity when I turn in my Tanita for
good.

She laughed she cried
She poached she fried
And when she failed
Once more she tried

She bit her lip
She worked her hip
Tried out every diet tip

(With the help of ASD
I Finally found
The real me

I know one day
I must decease
And from life's girdle
Find release
But  being thin
Can Rest in Peace)

Just think how much easier the aging battle must be due to your weight loss
and healthy lifestyle.  From your pictures you certainly look much younger
than your actual age.
