Make a list of the foods that are good for you and the foods to avoid, and
then eat as much as you want. Life's too short and food is too good to
starve yourself. I control my weight through exercise, not regulating the
amount of healthy foods I eat.

It would not work for me. I would overeat "healthy" foods to the point
where no amount of exercise could control my weight.

Maybe you should just go for it!  If my work didn't require it, I'd choose
food over figure.

While I appreciate looking better now, my looks is only a small part
of why I am better off slim. I feel much better, my blood pressure is
now normal, I have a lot more energy, less acne, no heartburn etc. My
feet are not tired by the end of day, my knees do not hurt etc.

To give all this up for the sake of a mouth sensation, would be quite
stupid. Unfortunately, staying slim requires quite a bit of effort from
me.

Unfortunately, looking fat and sickly usually means also not feeling
good.

The plaintiff wail of a lucky moron who's so stupid she thinks
the rest of the world must therefore be lucky as well.  Ah to be
in your shoes.

If your suggestion worked for everyone, there wouldn't be any fat
people in the world.  Do you really imagine there's even one fat
person who hasn't tried that?

Battling weight is trivial for some, difficult for others.  Don't
moronically assume that since it's trivial for you it's trivial
for everyone.

Okay, so what foods are good and what foods are not?  In particular,
list foods that you think are good for me.  Okay, other than
broccoli.  Every plan in existance seems to push broccoli.  The
problem you'll hit is for many foods that may be good for *you*,
they are bad for some others.

I said one should eat and exercise. I didn't say you wouldn't still be fat.
What I did say is this:

"Life's too short and food is too good to starve yourself."

I also didn't say I wasn't fat. What I said was:

"I control my weight through exercise, not regulating the
amount of healthy foods I eat."

Basically what I said was that if you're overweight and you're not eating
junk and you're exercising, then just go with it, accept yourself, and don't
be a slave...
