Yep, I turned another year older today.  A year ago I bought myself a
mountain bike for my b-day.  I had today off, and took my bike out for a
ride.  Eastern Oregon is so beautiful this time of year with all the
wildflowers and such, and it's not too hot so I headed out there.  I did a
24 mile ride in just over 3 hours, which is outstanding for me.  But I
forgot the sunblock (as usual, right jay jay?)  Last year, my longest ride
was about 9 miles, and it took me about 3 hours...  Well, it makes me feel
good!  All this hiking and skiing and biking - I'm accomplishing things I
never knew I could.   I feel healthy!  This is going to be a great year!

Happy Birthday! Wow, 24 miles in 3 hours? I'm tired just thinking about
it... ;-)

Happy Birthday "B". The leaves just broke out up hear and the Leafs
(Maple)  too.

Have a good one. Any year that one survives without a major weight gain
or serious illness is gret with me weather it's this one or last.

Happy birthday!  My son celebrated your birthday by having 7 buddies over
for his last, final, I'll never do it again, birthday sleepover (b-day
4/24).  I think you had a better time at your bike ride celebration than my
husband and I did at the sleepover party!  Enjoy your birthday weekend.

Seems like you're getting younger instead of older....
