Well folks, yesterday was my birthday. My goal was 230, but I
weighed in at 233. It's okay, but I'm a little disappointed. I
worked so hard last week that I tweaked out my back and "Plantar
Fasciitis" trying to reach the goal, so I'll just have to turn
it down a notch and keep plugging.
Thanks again for all your support!

That's a big accomplishment anyway. No sense in rushing yourself too
much, some people who were in a great hurry to lose a lot of weight
find themselves having enormous problems. Slow and steady wins the
race. Happy birthday!

kind of "SINK IN" and change us along the way of this journey!!

Happy Birthday.
Three pounds over goal is a lot closer than you were last year! Amazing
progress and three pounds is not that much of a big deal.

Happy Belated Birthday Oceanview,
Congratulations on getting so close to your goal. You'll be there in no
time. In the mean time take it easy on your plantar fasciitis!
Sincerely,
Paul

Happy belated birthday!
Don't worry about those 3lbs. You're doing great and those few pounds will
soon be gone, too.

Thanks! It's not the 3 pounds I worry about so much as the 35
behind them!
