Dear group, Went to gas station today. I felt like getting some chocolate or some chips. It was hard to tell myself no. I decided to get some orange juice instead. Came home and had a big glass and felt good that I kept at my goal. Dianne I'm very proud of you Dianne, Keep up the positive decision making and you'll make your weightloss goal. By the way, what is your beginning weight, current weight, and weight loss goal? What is your height and age too, if I'm not being to personal? I try never to buy anything at the convienence stores around here as they charge outrageous prices for everything. Do you have a grocery nearby? Beverly Beverly, Yes there is a grocery store, but it's not the greatest. I usually shop in a nearby town about 15 miles away. Better perishable items.
