Did I miss the post or is that another pound down?
We received warnings about the new virus but so far I don't think we've
been affected.

I went down to 152 last Friday. Don't know if I've kept it off, but
it's my official weight for the week :-).
Chris -- who's spending four days visiting her mom this weekend -- not
really great for the diet :-)
