Anyone noticing increased cramps, bloodloss, headaches, bloating since
they've lost weight during your cycle? I am just MISERABLE with it every
month for the last 5-6 months since last year when I was 260lbs - or
maybe I was just so miserable then with everything anyway that I didn't
attribute it to my cycle. or maybe I am just more aware of the symptoms
of PMS than I was now (in tune with my body)
I do not recall my periods being this horrible back then. If this is how
they are at 193 lbs, I may have to schedule an appointment with my gyno
by the time  get to 140 lbs.

You need to see your GYN now. Increased cramps and blood loss can be a
sign of fibroids or other conditions that require attention.

As always, YMMV.

Nope.  I've had the opposite issue actually.

Oh, before anyone says anything, I have been to the doc and I'm in spec ;-)

I discussed the role of estrogen with my doctor yesterday.  Since losing
the lard I've decreased my free estrogen quite a lot.  My periods are
getting lighter and shorter together.  There's no awful cramping (no
different than before, anyway).  But I do have more chin hairs to pluck.

Actually, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have nearly the amount of
discomfort that I usually do since ramping up my weight loss.  Usually, I am
tired and unable to sleep and it is a struggle to get things done.  This
last month, the systemic effects were greatly minimized.  I would see a
doctor.  I have to wonder if this is actually related to weight loss or
another issue.

With me, it's my age. It's worse now that I'm 45 than it was 10 years ago. I
hate it and I don;t know what to do about it. Exercise and being fit doesn't
help at all.
