PAYMENT: Personal checks will be accepted from members until July 10. We
regret that after that date, only CERTIFIED personal checks, money orders,
bank checks, or Visa/MasterCard can be accepted. Personal checks are not
accepted for the Convention from non-members at any time. Please do not
delay your reservation by sending a personal check after the deadline. Make
your check or money order payable to NAAFA, Inc.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Due to financial commitments with the hotel, NO
refunds or credits can be issued on cancellations after July 10, 2002. No
exceptions can be made. Cancellations received prior to that date, will be
refunded less a $75 cancellation fee.
