I found some nice Lithuanian hot cereal at a russian deli where I
sometimes shop. This cereal is a mix of grains: oats, wheat, peas, and
rye. These grains are not "rolled" or anything and are in their virgin
form. They can be cooked into a hot cereal, by soaking them in water
for several hours, and then boiling for 20 minutes. Very tasty and
also quite "unprocessed".
