It's good that you have discovered a trigger and that you are working to
eliminate it.

I bring a 1 liter bottle (the nalgene kind) of water to work with me. I
do drink black coffee in the morning but after that, I switch to water.
That works well for me. Hopefully you can find something that works
well for you too!
> I am eating low carb and counting my calories.
Ah! Another reason to watch the OJ. OJ has about 26-27 g of
carbohydrate per cup (8 oz) and none of that is fiber. If you are
counting carbs, then OJ may not be the best choice. On the up side, is
has like 200% of your Vitamin C and some other good stuff.
Thanks for the update!

Hi Angie... are you drinking a ton of water to counter-act the dehydrating
caffeine in the diet sodas?

yes i am . i make sure that i get my water in before i have the diet pop. I
have been drinking two bottles of 32 oz's of water all this week also. i
have cut back on the diet pop because i have been sick and haven't been able
to taste anything anyway. It has been very hot here this week so i have been
making sure drink tons of water. when i went out for luch yesterday i grab a
salad with my meal instead of fried and got a bottle of water instead of the
pop.
My weight has dropped this week. but i know that it is because of the
water loss and the lack of food that i have been eating. I have been eating
just not a hole lot haven't felt like it. And it has been mostly salads and
fruits and soups. only thing my stomach can handle right now. But at least i
am eating something. I am also not looking to eat any junk food either. so i
am getting myself off of that which is also helping.
Anyway, will report later this week how things are going hopefully I will
start filling better soon. And then I can get back to my exercising I
actually miss it.

Sounds like you are making good choices.
