Just wrap in foil and place on the warming rack. If it doesn't have a
warming rack you might have to put them in something such as a pan to keep
them away from the flame.

It does have a warming rack - thank you Bev!

We love our gas grill, but have never, ever tried to cook potatoes on
it. Potatoes are one of those things with not enough value for the
calorie/glycemic load, IMO.
We often slice up veggies - peppers and summer squash - and cook those
with some spritz of oil in a veggie grilling basket we have for the grill.
But mostly we just grill some meat and throw it on salad. That's how I
got through last summer without a kitchen. Well, that and the George
Foreman.

Sweet Potatoes! :-)

That was last night's dinner. DH pretended he was at Chili's ...

Yes indeed! Those will be great on the grill.

We went out to dinner the other night and I ordered a grilled chicken salad.
DH said he didn't know why we bothered going out since it looked just like
what I eat at home all of the time.

DH likes baked potatoes and I eat them occasionally. Even though they're
allowed in EFL as the carb serving, I'll probably stick to fruit or beans.

Last night was eggplant, zucchini, and portabella mushrooms to go with the
burgers (turkey for me, beef for DH). I could eat grilled zucchini and
portabellas every day - and probably will.

That's my typical dinner - meat and salad. It's been a challenge to throw
in the carb serving.
