Hi All,

I'm using fitday religiously and I need some guidance. I use the free
online version as it's in my price point right now, but I can't figure
out how to plug in supplements. When I check my nutrition goals, I
know that it's not giving me the full picture since I take 6-8 fish
oil capsules per day, plus Sam's advance antioxidant, fiber, CLA, and
liquid calcium with magnesium if my diet doesn't provide enough on a
given day.

Any ideas if it is possible to plug this into fitday?

Thanks!

click on "add custom" (first page, bottom choice in "Add a Food), give it a
name and list the nutrients.

Happy to help. (It's how I got my calcium tablets in there)
