Guess who went to Trader Joe's as she was departing the People's Republic
of Massachusetts?<g>

Do you just grill them?  Thaw first?  What else?  TIA

They gave me flowers for free!  We need TJ's in Maine - Bangor would be
close enough.

I don't have any at home currently to read the package, but here's
some nutritional data:

I'd say they're mostly salmon.

They can be cooked frozen or thawed.  We have grilled them on our
Jenn-Air; I'm sure one could fry in a frying pan as well.  I often
take one to work and keep it in my insulated bag until lunchtime, then
microwave it for 2 minutes to warm it up (it's thawed at this point,
of course), then break up in a salad.  This is my favorite way to eat
them.  I think DH's favorite is in a bun or English muffin like a
hamburger, with lettuce and tomato and mayo.

Thanks!  I think I'll grill first and put it on a salad.  Can't wait!
