Well today was weigh -in. I haven't weighed myself since last friday. And I
was happy to see the scale reported a lose I am down now to 131lbs. I have
not done my measurements yet today , they might have to wait until Monday as
I am working midnights all this weekend then I go back to my evening shift
on Monday.
I went from 138lbs to 131lbs in a two week span. I am really happy. I am
almost at my goal. I wanted to be under 130lbs mark by my friends wedding
which is on Friday (one week from today.) My next goal is to get to my first
goal weight of 125lbs which is where I was at this time last yrs. I'm
getting there. Yah me. Oh yah also happy to report that I also exercised
again this week 5 days tomorrow and sunday are my days off back at it again
on monday. this week will be short but only because of the wedding.

Just thought I would share.
Take care and have a great long weekend
