The weather is going to be in the 90's this week! I went swimming for the first time time season on Saturday. It felt great. I look forward to using the pool frequently this summer. I have medium tone skin and tan easily but still use plenty of sun screen when going outdoors. I put waterproof spf 50 all over every 30 mins. However, my back still got burned up. It was interesting to see how different your face looks from the before photo to the latest "after" photo. Someone could walk by you on the street and not recogonize you. LOL!! It NEVER cools off here at night. I swear one of these days I will put ice cubes in the pool. I just thought about starting swimming again tonight too...Go do a few laps and get back into it.
