has anyone tried this?  I would like any information possible.....ps I
really enjoy this group....thanks for all the replys to my last post...

My daughter tried it three times at $1000 a pop, lost weight rapidly
and regained twice as much if you are referring to thee one at his diet
clinics and not the one for diabetes,

Do you mean his "Picture Perfect Diet"? I have a copy of it. It's basically
inspiration and ideas on making low-calorie choices.

When I called his office to try to pin them down on more details they
finally said, "basically just stick to 1800 calories or less a day".

The book has lots of beautiful photos in it that show comparative calorie
counts so you can get used to making lower-calorie choices.

Bernstein.
