How kate hudson lost 30lbs in a "couple months" after the birth of her baby.
Per interview on "On Air" today.   She "ate healthy" (presumably low carb,
as she had an in and out burger wrapped in a lettuce wrap delivered to the
show) and 3 hrs a day of exercise. 1 hr on a bike, 1 hr weight training and
1 hr pilates.

OK, if I had 3 yrs a day to exercise I could go from 150"something" to 118
in a couple months too.

That's what a friend of mine used to tell his ex-wife when she got all
uptight about not being model thin.  "Hey, those people get paid to do
that."

I'm sure a personal chef wouldn't hurt either.

True, but it takes next to no time to eat less.

Actually, I thought the Hollywood diet was heroin, cigarettes and
anorexia....or is that the supermodel diet?

Don't forget the high colonics, pills, and HGH injections.

Yeah, aren't those puffy lips and motionless foreheads attractive?  : 0
