Roger Ebert loses 86 pounds with Pritikin

The link below is for a review of SUPERSIZE ME that Roger Ebert wrote.

Interestingly, in it he mention he lost about 86 pounds using the
Pritikin diet.

Thats a name I haven't heard in a while.  I just thought it was interesting:

Some friends went to the Pritikin headquarters some years ago and
invited about 20 people to their home when they returned entused and
energized. They had a big buffet of pritkin food. it was horrid.

All the food was co,orless and tasteless. Not memorable enough to
recall. I'm a quick cook but make really tasty things and always have
while losing weigh and beyond. pritikin left , little enjoyment in
meals.

I saw the movie.. thought it was great!

As for the article.  He doesn't exactly seem to give his opinion on the
movie (whether it's a must see or not) instead ending with his own
achievements and beliefs about dieting.   Which incidentally, the movie is
not about.

Yet, a vast improvement over what he looked like previously.
Amazing how someone so unphotogenic could do so well on
television.
