Hi all

I've went from 296Lb to 222Lb (74Lb) in 14 weeks.... Any thoughts?

Regards Jim.

P.S.
Disneyland Paris was great.

Assuming he was losing fat, that rate of weight loss would require a daily
deficit of 2642 calories per day.  Perhaps it involved liposuction, or the
removal of a limb or two :-).

Your rapid decent reminds me of our veteran Cowboy who lost at a
similar pace and at last contact had maintained well as well as wedding
Stacy Fergueson, amother ASD member.
