We joined the gym I spoke of before. We have really loved it so far! I am
planning on going 5 days per week. The kids love the kids center there, so
it works out to go during the day while my husband is at work. Then, he
goes after dinner. I have been starting out with the weight lifting
machines (the circuit), and then do cardio on the tread mill. It is
wonderful to then get into the hot tub before doing laps in the pool, as
well as some water aerobics. It has all been going very smoothly so far. I
just did day 3.

Sounds great, Hopefull. I think it's great that many of the gyms now have
facilities for the kids while the parents workout. They didn't have that
when my kids were young :(
