Hello All Readers, =)

We recently opened free access to our boss' book "Eat With Your Head".

It's about psychological sides of dieting and contains many useful tips how
to change your food plan and don't feel discomfort.

You're welcome:

Have a fun!

Well I must say I have never opened a link placed on the newsboard before because I
assume most are trying to sell something
-- but I did visit this site and I can't find anywhere where anyone is selling
anything. Aside from a fear of catching a virus or something (and I'm pretty
well-protected from that) -- I can't see anything "spammy" about this posting. I've
been having some trouble with the psychological side of weight loss (it seems to be
much much slower than the physical transformation -- and also food obsessions are
coming back if I let them) -- and this site has already given me some good ideas. I'm
not really recommending that anyone else visit the site, but I do thank the original
poster (OP) if this truly is just an informational resource. I do wonder what is
meant by "we have opened free access to my boss' book" -- is that with or without
permission? (I didn't find the writing that great, and I've already noticed a few
misspellings, etc. which I think always undermine the authority of any publication,
but this is a case of "take what you like and leave the rest" -- definitely some good
tidbits there that have already inspired me.)

mary,
today's meditation:

Reflections for Beginners
from
'Hour To Hour - The First 30 Days'
- by Shelly Marshall
the author of 'Day By Day' & other Meditation Books

Many times we thought we used chemicals because we were unhappy, but
coming to this program, we discovered that using too many chemicals
is what made us unhappy. Now is the time to break the old unhappy
pattern.

This hour, I am beginning the new clean and sober pattern of my
life.

This reminds me to get out some of my old literature to keep handy in "white-knuckle"
times -- thanks, Rosie!

I also visited the site and it is not the worst of the worst
books. Unfortunately, it does not address my personal issues, but it
seems relatively sensible, although without much evidence to
substantiate what it says...

Hello,

> is that with or without permission?

It was done by his request. He is owner of that site.

He tried to sell this book from that site, but now he prefers to make
his texts opened for everyone.

=)
Alex.
