Hi There. It looks like there is a legal investigation into the legitimacy
of the claims of the weight loss supplement Tetrazene KGM-90. Apparently,
there is some question as to whether or not the advertised claims may be
false. If you have had some experience to this effect with Tetrazene and are
interested in participating in this investigation

information and a quick complaint form you can fill out. I found this of
interest and thought you might as well.

Advertising claims are the responsibility of the FTC. A search for
Tetrazene on their site turns up NO results.

The FDA governs medicines and products which make medical claims in their
advertising. A search for Tetrazene on their site turns up NO results.

DOE calls tetrazene "a widely known priming explosive."

The offer of free legal advice on the site reminds me that you usually get
what you pay for. I wonder what the ABA has to say about the ethics of this
site?

Search for "glucomannon", the main ingredient, instead of the product
name Tetrazene, and you'll find several items on the FTC site.

Well, Mr. Wurtele, it seems that your incessant postings on this subject is
causing a bit of a backfire. Besides the fact that you feel the need to
solicit plaintiffs regarding a product that is known to work without any
harmful side effects, it is apparent to anyone with any sense of logic
that your websites that you obsessively refer people to is nothing more
than a sham. The lowlife scummy lawyers that take part in this are equally
pitiful. Think about it...a competent attorney does not have to resort to
unethical spammers to gather clients. These are the creatures that prey on
the weak and stupid. The ones that do will lose in the end and drag their
foolish clients down with them. Its scum like you and the lawyers involved
that are destroying the integrity of this country.
