Actually, I could technically go to about 125 and be happy with it.
I'm now at 130 lbs -- down from 144 on Thanksgiving 2003!
I originally started on FitDay just to track my calorie intake 'til I
could get a sense of how much food I've been REALLY eating! Since then,
I've lost 14lb over a period of the last 7-8 months. It's very slow,
but it's help and I do see a steady loss over time.

Good for you, Joanna! When you don't have a whole lot to lose, like
you, it doesn't come off as fast as for those of us who started out
heavier. But losing slowly is really the best approach anyway.
