Hi all,
I will be going on a 2 week business trip in Mid July. Any suggestions for
maintaining weight eating out 3 meals a day?

Wow--two weeks of eat/take out? That's a tough one. I
would stick with a lite breakfast--something like
oatmeal or fruit and cheese--and then stick with mostly
salad foods--lots of vegies, some protein and fat--for
my other meals. I would probably "save up" most of my
calories (not sure if you count cals) for special
dinners or luncheons.
I would also stock my hotel fridge with healthy snacks
and lots of water.
This is very different from the last week-long business
trip I took. I was close to my heaviest then, and
thought that since the office was paying the bill, I
could eat EVERYTHING. And did. Ick.
Good luck!

WHy do you have to eat out 3 meals a day?
Most hotels offer some sort of in room hospitality such as a mini
fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. With that sort of thing you can do
a light breakfast in your room. And possibly dinner in your room
too. Ok, so a business trip usually means meetings, etc - but a 2
week one, I can't imagine that you'd be forced to eat all 3 meals for
14 days straight with your busness partners.
Secondly - restaurant eating. Salad, salad, and more salad.
Grilled meats, dressing on the side.

Try eating the same quantity of food at each meal as you eat now.
