Amazing progress, in the face of quite a bit of adversity if I recall
correctly.

Congratulations Susan!  It's been a great year and I'm sure the next will be
just as successful for you.

Happy anniversary, Susan!  Your journey is strikingly parallel to
mine, one year later.  I started July 8, 2002, at 262.  Looking at my
weight graph, I see that 52 weeks later I was at 192 -- just your
weight.  Today, about 3 weeks shy of my 2nd anniversary, I'm in goal
range and just 1 pound from the minimum number of that range.

I also started after a vacation, for the 4th of July weekend.  I
didn't particularly start with a goal of getting anywhere near this
low.  I just thought I ought to get somewhat thinner and thought I'd
see what would happen if I tried.  One thing kinda led to another ...
:-).

Same here but all I wanted was for my back to stop hurting. Once the ball
got rolling, it was just fun to see where it would all lead.  I very much
enjoyed the journey.

Congrats on your 1st years since adopting a healthier life style!  Does this
include quitting smoking too!?

My 1 year is in  August!
