I like to drink Coke and lemonade - are there any good brands of these that
are low in sugar?
I won't be able to drink water / fruit juice all day long ;)
TIA!

You know, they sell Diet Coke here in the US, can you drink that (not
that I would).

They sell Seltzer water, which is basically carbonated plain water.

Diet coke. Diet RC (made with splenda).
They even sell diet coke w/ lemon or lime added
Crystal light - lemonaid made with artificial sweetener. And Wylers
makes a version of the same thing.

I like a drink called Green Tea Cola, I think it's made by by
"Sohigh" (not positive). Anyway, it's healthy and has a cola-
like quality to it. It tastes better than it sounds! I find it
in the embararassingly small health food section of the
supermarket.

Diet Rite cola or raspberry (w/Splenda & no sodium)
Klarbrun Tropikals (very sweet made w/ Splenda & no sodium)
Diet coke, diet sprite, etc. have some sodium, but are ok in limitied
quantities if you can tolerate it.
I also make Kool Aid - the unsweetened kind from the packets and then
sweeten it to my liking with splenda. It's not fizzy, but it's good when I
can't get water down for whatever reason.

I like Fresca for the occassional sweet (artificially) pick me up. It's
refreshing and I don't buy it often at all so it's remained a 'treat'.

I really like unsweetened iced tea with lemon, preferably some sort of
herbal tea. The other thing I like is a "cocktail" once in a while. I
fill a glass with ice, pour in a splash of oj and / or canberry juice
(about a shot glass full total) and top off with cranberry lime
seltzer. Very refreshing on summer evenings after work!

I'm very fond of Diet Pepsi and drink immoderate amounts of it. It
isn't really good for you, though :-).

Along with the other suggestions you've gotten here, I'd really like to
encourage you to learn to like water. It does wonders.
I almost never have fruit juice because I prefer to chew my calories :-)

Just tried the new Coke C2 yesterday. 1/2 the carbs, calories, & sugar of
regular Coke. Can't taste the difference and a 20oz bottle is 113cal. Won't
be drinking it all the time but will be a nice treat once in a while... If
you're a Pepsi fan, I think they have the same type of drink called Pepsi
Edge or something...
