That's a great food. One brick of FFCC contains 240 calories, 16 grams
of protein, 8 carbs, a good amount of calcium, and is also very
filling. A good food item to eat in a hurry. The taste is not great,
but good enough.

Some brands also contain sugar, not just the lactose kind. It's in the
ingredients label.

I'm like somebody else who posted here recently about what gets added to
food.  I eat the original stuff, I just only do it like once a year and then
in small portions.

As far as I can tell, FFCC and real CC have very little in common
except maybe color. FFCC seems to be mostly "gum" and whey protein, in
attractive packaging. I read the ingredients, they did not seem very
objectionable.

Fat free ricotta and cottage cheese are good too.

The lowfat, no salt added cottage cheese I have has 80 calories per half
cup serving, and something like 13 grams of protein.

The fat free ricotta has 30 calories per 1/4 cup serving, 6 grams of
protein, 1 gram of carbs, 2 grams of sugar, and 24 mg of sodium.  It's not
quite as convenient as a brick of FF cream cheese, but this brand
(Calabro) tastes OK straight and is very good mixed with Equal or Splenda
and some cinnamon, lemon peel, or extracts.

Ig, are you just eating straight FF cream cheese, or do you eat it
with veggie sticks or something??

Well, I usually eat it along with "coleslaw mix" salad. That's
coleslaw mix from Sam's club (two kinds of shredded cabbage together),
with olive oil or some other dressing. But the brick of FFCCis on a
separate plate.
