Ya know, I still haven't found a pan to poach eggs. I haven't looked
that hard, just at Wal-Mart and such when I was there for other things.
I may try that cookware store in the mall when I go next week. As much
as I like eggs I think poaching them would give me some variety

I have the one called "Good Egg" on this page:
http://www.kitchenemporium.com/cgi-bin/kitchen/prod/01tm6506.html.

I ordered it from the internet -- couldn't find any in stores.  I'm
actually on my second one, as the plastic tray that the eggs sit in
seems to break after a while.  It gets a residue on it that I think is
from minerals in our water; might be that I'm not cleaning it
properly.  Otherwise, it works great.  Perhaps I'll try their "Egg
Head" model next time.  I think it's new -- didn't see it last time I
was shopping.

I bought a microwave one and use that.  It works pretty good!  I think it
was $2 or $3 at walmart.
